Yes. We support signing NDA confidentiality agreements for all new product development and exclusive brand design files, to fully protect your design copyright and market uniqueness.

How fast can you reply to my inquiry?

Which parts of the bag support personalized customization?

You can customize fabric material, inner lining, zipper & buckle hardware, brand logo craft, appearance decoration, internal structure, pocket partition, overall size, capacity and outer packaging solution.

Can you duplicate the style based on my physical sample?

We can fully replicate your existing sample style. Before development, we will evaluate material matching, production technology and structural rationality. If individual accessories are out of production or restricted, we will recommend alternative solutions and explain the differences in advance.

Can you make water resistant and wear-resistant bags?

Yes. We can select waterproof, water-repellent and wear-resistant functional materials according to your demands. We will also clearly explain the performance limit, distinguishing water repellent from fully waterproof effect.

Do you provide eco-friendly material options?

Sure. We supply sustainable materials such as recycled RPET fabric, organic cotton and vegan leather. Relevant material certification documents can be provided according to your supply chain and project requirements.

Could you give professional suggestions on size and capacity?

Yes. We will confirm your usage scenario, daily storage items and wearing experience first, then recommend the most reasonable size and structural design, taking overall weight and shoulder strap comfort into consideration.

Will the bag color look exactly the same as on my screen?

No. Screens use RGB light; physical materials use pigments and dyes, so some difference is inevitable. We strongly recommend using Pantone swatches or physical material samples for color approval. All colors are evaluated under multiple light sources (daylight, warm indoor, retail lighting) to ensure the final bag looks right in real life, not just on screen.

Sampling & Development

How many days does custom sampling take?

The conventional sample cycle is 7–15 working days, affected by design complexity, raw material supply and customized hardware mold opening. For complex styles, we will confirm the accurate time schedule after reviewing your demands.

How is sample cost calculated?

Sample fee covers pattern design cost, raw material consumption and manual production cost. After bulk order placement, the sample fee can be deducted according to mutual agreement.

What information do you need before making samples?

It would be best if you provide reference pictures or physical samples, target size, favorite material style, logo vector file (AI/PDF), estimated order quantity, target sales market and clear quality standard requirements.

Can you provide tech pack and spec sheet template?

Yes. We can provide standard production specification templates, including measurement marking standard, material BOM list, logo placement specification, color standard and packaging requirement description, helping you sort out demands clearly and reduce repeated revision.

Is small trial order acceptable after sample confirmation?

Certainly. It is very suitable for new brands to arrange small batch trial production after sample approval, to verify market feedback before large-scale bulk ordering.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style.

Why unit price varies greatly when changing fabric or hardware?

Bag quotation is mainly affected by three core factors: raw material cost (especially functional fabric and brand zipper), production working procedure complexity, and customized accessories or additional mold opening cost.

What items are included in your official quotation?

Our formal quotation includes raw material cost, production processing fee, conventional packaging and basic quality inspection. Third-party testing, on-site inspection, personalized packaging and special shipping requirements will be listed separately to avoid hidden cost later.

How to control cost without sacrificing quality?

We optimize cost reasonably through optimizing accessory selection, simplifying redundant processes and adjusting structural design, rather than reducing fabric thickness or cutting production craft standards.

Quality Control & Compliance

What quality standards do you adhere to?

We can formulate implementation standards according to your requirements, including sample confirmation standard, defect definition regulation and carton drop resistance test. All quality acceptance rules will be confirmed in advance before mass production.

What details will be confirmed before bulk production?

Before formal mass production, we will confirm pre-production sample, fabric & accessory confirmation, color standard, logo position detail, packaging scheme and overall dimension standard one by one.

Do you support third-party factory inspection and goods inspection?

Yes. You can appoint professional third-party inspection institutions to conduct pre-production, mid-production and pre-shipment inspection. We will actively cooperate with on-site reception and document provision.

Do you have factory audit and compliance certificates?

We can provide BSCI, Sedex and other factory audit qualification documents according to customer project needs, meeting the access requirements of European and American mainstream markets.

How to control color difference risk in bulk production?

We strictly control color consistency through pre-approval color card, batch raw material unified procurement, standardized production process and finished product sampling inspection, minimizing normal slight color difference range.

Production & Lead Time

How long is the normal bulk production cycle?

Conventional bulk order production takes 30–50 working days, affected by order quantity, production season, raw material arrival cycle and design complexity. We will make a complete schedule from material preparation to shipment arrangement.

How to ensure on-time delivery?

We advance reserve core raw materials such as fabrics and zippers, arrange printing and embroidery process in advance, reasonably allocate production lines and set multi-node quality inspection. We never promise delivery time beyond our actual capacity.

Is expedited production available for urgent orders?

We can evaluate urgent order demands according to material inventory, external process arrangement and production line schedule. Expedited order may properly adjust partial processes or generate a small expediting cost.

Packaging & Shipping Arrangement

What packaging solutions can you offer?

We provide multiple packaging options: conventional opp bag packing, brand hangtag & label matching, inner gift box packaging, outer carton marking, moisture-proof protection, and sorting packaging by color/size. We can also follow Amazon and offline retail store packaging standards.

What shipping ways do you support?

We support sea freight, air freight, international express and railway transportation. We will recommend the most cost-effective solution matching your delivery time and budget, and support mixed transportation mode.

Can I use my own designated freight forwarder?

Yes. We can fully cooperate with your designated forwarder to complete goods pickup, carton standard confirmation and all customs declaration documents preparation.

What shipping documents can you provide?

We can provide commercial invoice, packing list and order confirmation. Material test report and other certification documents can be provided on demand.

Payment Terms

What payment methods and terms do you accept?

We adopt flexible payment terms: reasonable deposit proportion + balance payment before shipment. All terms are clearly stipulated in official order contract.

What settlement currencies are supported?

We mainly accept USD settlement, and support other mainstream currencies. We will confirm the most appropriate settlement method suitable for your bank operation.

After-sales Service & Warranty

How to handle quality problems of bulk goods?

We will first judge the responsibility attribution according to the pre-confirmed acceptance standard, distinguishing production defect, material problem, transportation damage and human use damage. For quality problems caused by our production side, we provide rework, replacement or refund solution as appropriate.

Will you keep sample file for repeat order?

Yes. We will keep the confirmed standard sample and all production technical files for a long time, ensuring the same craft and consistent quality for your subsequent repeat orders.
